This sounds like a support, or perhaps CSM question, but to get some thoughts going, I think we need more information. For example, are you using dynamic pricing with a cost plus model? If so, a PO adds cost, so it would also have the effect of changing the price charged to the customer. Is that also happening, in which case, that's why taxes would change. Anyway, some thoughts, but really, your question doesn't provide enough information for an informed response.
