Does anyone have a Inventory List of consumables and repair items that should be mandatory for each truck, Im thinking if i can build the trucks inventory off of what they use daily, I could just replenish daily so we arent doing PO's for everyone item

Hi there! My owner went out and did a complete template inventory for each truck. Then we add materials to the job (we are flat rate) so that we can run a replenishment report per truck each week for ordering. If you turn that into the warehouse or something daily, that seems super simple 🙂 Hopefully that helps!
