It would be great that upon creating/receiving a new PO with the latest cost of material from that vendor, Pricebook would automatically update the cost. We have vendors that don't have a "catalog" on ServiceTitan so I have to go into Pricebook everytime I order something if the price changes. Has anyone ran into a similar situation?

There is a way to update the pricing if you manually create a bill.
After you receive the part, when you create the bill, there is the toggle button to update pricebook, make sure to toggle it on and it updates. Not the easiest way of doing it, but it sure helps on the larger stock orders!
