exclusive to "project tracking" which is only available for
commercial-focused users. That was an oversight on my part- I should
have shown a more universally applicable workflow...

Do you send invoices upon job completion? there is a backend config
support can enable for you called "Prepopulate invoice date with job
completion date". Upon job completion, the invoice date will
automatically be set to the job completion date. Not...
@AdamCronenberg as of right now, there is nothing in place for the
system to differentiate between user-entered text and default text from
the job type settings. I'm working with the product manager to see if
this is something we can add.
