Smart fields

Good morning,

     Created our clean and check forms with smart fields for model and serial numbers, but my question is how will that work if the record has multiple models and serial numbers in there?  Also how does it differentiate between a ac model number and a furnace model number?  Same for serial numbers?

Hi there! If a smart field has a number, you can add multiple smart fields with increments to add multiple entries to the form. For example, if you created three Active Equipment Models for a customer, you can include the name of each with the smart fields EQ1MN, EQ2MN, and EQ3MN.

@JTseng How would this work with the form builder? I'm not seeing numbers in there, just "Equipment Serial". So I'm wondering the same as the OP. How would ServiceTitan know which of the pieces of equipment on the job I'm referring to?
