I was working with a live chat agent to find an easy way to view all cancelled and rescheduled appointments. Going through every day and every job to back track is tedious and time consuming. A report that shows all cancelled and/or rescheduled appointments would be extremely helpful.

We go to the Search page, Search by Job, and under Job Status enter Canceled, and under Job Appointment Status enter Canceled.

Hi,
You can actually do this already but you will have to be able to do two things. 1 be able to make a custom report in Service Titan. 2 You might want to export this data to excel to get a full list of both categories.
1. Making the report. Make sure you select reschedule reason and cancel reason (picture below).
2. Run report and select the category -> reschedule reason and click filter and select the filter "Is Not Empty". Then you will need to run the report and that will give you the results for the rescheduled jobs. After that you will want to run a new report for the canceled jobs and that will be basically the same process as we did for the rescheduled jobs.
Maybe there is a different way of doing this, but this is how I would do it.
