New Contributor

We are new to ST and I created an estimate and the homeowner accepted it, however I didn't book the job from there.  Job is complete and I need to send the invoice but the invoice is blank.  I did a chat this morning with customer service and was told to book another call from the estimate to send the invoice but the invoice is still blank.  I'm not sure if this is the correct way but feel it isn't.

@SCarpenter When you book the job from the estimate you should click "initiate booking" and then "select all items"- that will put your estimate items on the invoice. I wonder if you missed selecting the items when you booked the job to create the invoice
