Is there a way to see a report that shows all the jobs currently assigned to a tech? We have a guy that doesn't close out jobs when done and we don't know it because we only see completed jobs on the reports.

I don't think it's one I created myself...but that's possible. If it's an existing report, it should be under Reports>All Reports>Technicians>Technician Jobs. If you still don't find it, I would go to Reports and Create Report (it's easier than it sounds!). 🙂 Hope that helps!

Weird. I don't have a report named that. I wonder why.

Technician Jobs. In the pic below the "Filter by*" is what I suggest changing to "Start Date"

What is the exact name of the report you're suggesting?

On the Technician Jobs report, it automatically defaults to "Filter by: Completion Date". Just change that to Filter by: Start Date (or First Dispatch if he dispatches but just doesn't close the job out).
