Our technicians are struggling with the credit card scanner on their phone/tablet (when they are taking payment and there is the photo option in the payment screen.
- Many credit cards are black, and the techs are experiencing issues being able to take a photo of it- and end up manually entering the number
-New credit cards have the credit card number in rows on the back of the card and they are not able to proceed with the payment
-focusing is very difficult, and glitchy- and sometimes never just scans
Are there any troubleshooting tips- or solutions in the works for new credit cards and changing times?
I know there is a cc scanner, but have not heard wonderful things either (insert stories that change my mind here 🙂 )
