Technician's License on Invoice

Is there a way to show the technician's license number on the invoice? We do not have the customers sign the acknowledgment or authorization paragraphs, so we cannot include them in that portion of our invoicing setup. I appreciate any help you can provide.

Hi there! Good news, the answer is Yes.

There are two configurations that can be turned on:

• Show technician name on printed invoice
• Show technician license Number on Invoice and Estimate

The second is dependent on the first. Meaning, you cannot show the license number without the Technician Name.

I've gone ahead and enabled these on your account for you. For anyone else following, if you would like these enabled or disabled on your account you can reach out to Technical Support and request these two configurations as shown above.
