The schedule could improve functinality by color coding paid invoices.

We believe the schedule's functionality could be enhanced by introducing color-coding for paid invoices.

Since we rely heavily on the schedule, it would be greatly beneficial if appointments automatically changed to a different color once the job is completed and payment has been collected. The current schedule (not the dispatch board) looks too crowded for us. This feature would make our workflow much more efficient alerting us on the spot.
