Direct Revenue from your email campaigns comes from customers who dial the number, click-to -call or click-to-text from your email. Your email must use a unique tracking number that you create after you have created a campaign in order to directly tie that campaign to revenue.

Attributed Revenue looks at revenue generated from your target audience after they open the email within a set attribution window. Your customers may open your email, then later see ads online or on your company truck, then search for you later on Google before calling. Attributed Revenue shows whether your email campaign may have influenced or contributed to your customer’s decision to call and purchase.
