Online reviews play a critical part in your business and the way that your customers find services - and responding to those reviews is key. According to Bright Local, 88% of consumers are more likely to use a business if they see the owner responds to reviews. And Yelp says, “It’s no longer just about what consumers say about your business—it’s also about what you say back.”
Recognizing that responding to reviews is time consuming and may not be every owner’s preferred skill set, the Marketing Pro team has launched the Review Response Generator - powered by Titan Intelligence.
