What is everyone calling out on, during the "slow" time" of the year?

When we anticipate a slow down, we offer complimentary plumbing system checks and electrical system checks to our members as an added value for them and it gives additional opportunity for our techs.  We also ensure our HVAC maintenances are planned and booked proportionally during our "shoulder season" and make sure to happy call every visit to follow-up on any unsold opportunities and ensure satisfaction and future repeat business.
