Reputation Management: Review Requests

Hello! I have been using reputation management and I love it! We've been using it since May, and our reviews have increased tremendously! The only issue I have is I'd like to create a different survey for those who will be getting HVAC tune ups and those who spend more that the tune up cost. When I create the survey, it says I can only have one survey per job. Does anyone have a way around this?

As Charles said, I'd utilize the sold threshold. Another option would be using the manual trigger for the different survey. You can make that one different than the automatic, and if the manual trigger is used, the automatic won't go out. This would require tech cooperation, though 🙂

When creating a new survey, there is a "Sold threshold range" on the overview page. You may be able to create two similar but separate surveys using this field to achieve what you are looking for.
