"Or Current Resident" on Direct Mail pieces

I want to send a direct mail campaign to customers who have equipment that have expired warranties (older than 10 years). However, I want them to be addressed to the customer name we have on file as that is who purchased the system, but a high and unknown percentage of this audience will be new owners of these homes as people tend to sell and move. I want to have "Or Current Resident" added to the address under the customer name. Is that possible? What do I need to do to enable that?

Hi Kirk!

When creating an Audience, you're first asked:
"What is your goal for this audience?"

Options include:
Retain Customers, Acquire New Customers

Retention Direct Mail campaigns will default print as:
"[Customer Name] OR CURRENT RESIDENT"

Acquisition Direct Mail campaigns will default print as:
"Current Resident"
