When a CSR sells a membership from the office on the location page, it auto generates an invoice (Not taking into account renewal task it takes the first time enrollment task) Therefore not renewing the membership its starting a new one.
I tried setting up an invoice template for it but not sure if i can attach it anywhere. Any ideas on how to resolve or work around this?

When we renew memberships, we normally go through the (actual) membership. From customer page click membership. Once you find the membership your looking to renew click on the membership, Upper right hand corner is renew membership. Click this
