I have a LOT of customers who want to sign up for our annual maintenance plan, but they want to pay in bulk upfront instead of receiving the bills monthly.
The only way around this I've found is to collect the payment, have it sit in the credits balance, and apply it manually each month.
There's got to be a better way, right??

Hi @faribam1 there is a way to create multiple membership types, which can have different billing durations. Here is a knowledge base resource: https://help.servicetitan.com/how-to/create-membership
There should also be step by step videos through the academy courses.

I agree with this comment. We have some customers who choose to pay annually and others who choose to pay monthly. There should definitely be a training course on this in the ST academy which I would recommend watching to learn more!
