Membership Automatic Billing

Can anyone help me with automatic billing on the annual memberships? We are having just a few each month process payment already and I am not sure what differentiate those customers from the others. I want to take this feature off so it will not automatically charge their card without their permission.

you can set up automatic billing rules to take the manual process out of it

Hi @hbraddy -- do you have a separate membership type for annual billing? you can always exclude any membership types from any rule you create. If you want to create a billing invoice but not charge the customer, you can set the preferred payment method on the membership to Cash to ensure the customer does not get billed.
