Problems with scheduling recurring services

There should be warning for when you accidentally schedule a Recurring Service outside the business hours. It is currently set to 12:00 AM on the recurring service page. Who would ever send a tech at that time?

Does anyone know how to add an additional "recurring service event" if the customer needed to reschedule but the visit was already exported so you cannot remove link from previous scheduled visit and link it to the rescheduled visit on the Service Agreement page ?

You can go into the membership edit page and delete the "recurring service event" that was linked to the previous scheduled visit. Then, add the same "recurring service event" back to the membership.

On the membership page it will show all the "recurring service events" even the ones you have delated (only if they were linked to a job). At the bottom it will only show the "recurring service events" that need to be scheduled still.

If you set up arrival windows, your CSR can pick a window from a drop down and never have to manually adjust the appointment time. Additionally, if they do manually adjust that time, they will get a warning that the start time is outside of the arrival window they chose!

NOT resolved!!!

I have set those for business hours, and from the normal call page. It will give the warning that it's outside the work hours, BUT from the Recurring Service Page it will not give you a warning other than if that tech has another job at that time. The Recurring Service appointments are different from customer to customer, so I can't set a drop down window with set appointment times.
