Hi all,
I just found out about the new Service Agreement feature that was added in the most recent update, and I'm not seeing it anywhere the videos/articles say it should be. Does it have to be specifically activated for an account, or has it not been rolled out yet?

Hey there @bdanielson ! This does have to be enabled by an employee and is package dependent. Please reach out to csmteam@servicetitan.com for assistance!

I have been really trying to get this feature also. CSM said it should be there by the end of October. Still waiting!!!
