our memberships ( we have two) can be bought annually or have monthly payments. My question is for customers with multiple systems are not getting billed the monthly fee for the second system. Ex- for two systems it should be 25.00 every month but it is only billing for first system which is 13.00. Seems this is only happening on our lowest plan and also when renewing annually, it is only charging for one system. What is going on? The more expensive maint plan is invoices correctly for multiple systems

I had a similar situation. I noticed if we did quantity 2 for the additional units, it would only charge for the 1st unit. If you enter the task code for the additional for each additional and not used quantity, it will charge for each one on the monthly billing. Example, if you have an account with 3 units .... use your main task code for system one and then enter the additional system task code TWICE and not used quantity 2 for the additional. Then the monthly billing will charge for a total of 3. Hope this helps 🙂
