Is there a limit to how many "paused" appointments technicians can see on mobile?

Is there a limit to how many paused appts technicians can see on mobile? I've noticed that my technician can only see 5 paused on the all jobs tab.

The current limit is seeing 5 paused appts and the oldest ones show.

The best way to explain this is that paused appts should only be used if you are running an errand and coming back the same day. if not, you should be requesting/creating (depending on your permissions) a new appt for another day or putting it on hold.

Yes, the mobile limit for paused in mobile is 5. Paused jobs will also fall out of the job tray under the dispatch board after 30 days. This video will help
