It would be super helpful for technicians to be able to delete equipment that no longer exists in a home. Sometimes the techs forget to notify the office that equipment has been replaced.

I thought at one point in time we actually had a delete button. I would really love to have that button back right about now.

I agree, in a perfect world, my techs would do that. 

Instead of telling the office directly they could leave a note for the job, it would be a good habit for techs to get into.
