Hello,

We have a technician who has an Apple iPhone and is having issues getting the app to work.  They log in and then once that happens it just does nothing but loads.  The technician has tried numerous times to uninstall and reinstall the app and nothing seems to work.  Does anyone have any ideas on how to resolve this?

We have 2 tech's having similar issues.  Screen just locks up and will not allow you to do anything.  We have to manual close calls from the office, make adjustments to payroll, and the materials later.    PLEASE FIX ST!

Is the phone OS updated? That can cause issues with the app if its not.

Yes they have tried everything possible short of getting a new phone which this one is a fairly new phone.
