Hello! We have a question about the present stage when offering an estimate (quote) to the customer. We want to know if there is a way for the quote, that we are presenting to the customer, can show materials that are attached to the equipment. For example, we have a list of between 20 and 50 materials attached to an AC installation, depending on what is being sold. When we present to the customer their good, better, best options, we would like to list all materials so that the customer can see all the items that are being added or replaced so they can have peace of mind knowing small components will be brand new and thus less likely to fail. Any insight would be super helpful! Thanks!

Hi @AmericanAC1 -- you can definitely accomplish this by linking materials to services or equipment and to take it a step further, you can pre-build Estimate and Proposal Templates using these linked materials+equipment to: save time for techs in the field, present professional customer-facing estimates, and easily and accurately track job costing.
