I have an issue when the office is closed and a technician calls and leaves a customer a message to get authorization. The customer then calls the office that is closed. The customer has no way to call the technician back directly. There should be a feature that allows the technician to send a text message with a link that allows the customer to call the technician back through service titan. This will allow the call to be recorded and allows better communication with the customer. It will also document attempts to contact the customer.
