We use dynamic pricing for most of our products. If our guys are in an area with poor service and they build an estimate, the price that populates is the static price. They have no way of knowing this until the estimate updates - sometimes after they've already presented their options to the customer.
We have told our guys to find a spot on the property with service and re-download pricebook, but this is not always feasible. And, again, they've told me they have no way of knowing the price that's populated isn't correct until it changes.
Has anyone else run into this before? What have you done to resolve or fix this issue?

Hey Sandra, we typically recommend syncing the pricebook at the start of each shift before dispatching. As of right now, we do not have word on when dynamic pricing will work in offline modes but that is expected behavior. As for a workaround for the static price: people have suggested putting in a very high number like $99,999 so the tech is aware the price is likely wrong
