I'd like to have an option to choose "favorites" or the most common service/task types on Mobile when going into the different categories. It seems to be random currently, so the items at the top are not relevant and a search is required. If it saves manual searching on every call, it could save time and increase invoice accuracy.

Hi,
Do you happen to be referring to how different Service/Equipment are organized when on a job? If so I believe this would be a "categories" issue in the Pricebook. So go to Pricebook -> Catagories. From here we can view the mobile view which will show us what the technician sees when they are on the job choosing a Service/Equipment.
So we here have at the main menu something like "HVAC" & "Plumbing" then from there you can go into your separate business units. That could be a good way to organize it, or you can create a whole different way.
