Hi, This happen all the time to our tech. We use iPads, and we fix this issue by clearing all Safari Brower History and closing all tabs. Then close all applications.
Sometimes this doesn't work, we then progress to check for any iPad updates. We have had only two cases where we had to reset the techs iPad to get the images to appear.
