Today we are officially live in the NEXT environment, enabling you to begin testing out our new and updated features prior to our Summer 2023 Release [ST-66] in July. You can see the ST-66 Release Notes here! 

As part of our commitment to provide the best experience for you, we are excited to announce some important updates to our product releases. The goal is to provide you with ample information well in advance, allowing you to plan, adapt, and take full advantage of the upcoming enhancements.

Here's what you can expect from us:

Consistent Release Timing: We understand that keeping up with frequent updates can sometimes feel overwhelming, especially when managing your day-to-day operations. Moving forward, we will transition to seasonal releases, which means that you can expect four major product updates (Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter) per year. This change will allow us to focus our efforts on delivering more comprehensive and impactful updates, ensuring that each release brings substantial value to your business.

Advanced Awareness: Transparency is vital to us, and we want to keep you informed about our product development plans. With that in mind, we’ve published a release calendar below that outlines our releases for the rest of the year. At the next Town Hall, you can also expect to see a roadmap that will provide insight into what product areas we’ll be focusing on to provide visibility into both our release timelines and future product plans to help you prepare for releases more effectively.

Highlights with Blue Collar Nerd: We will continue providing comprehensive documentation, tutorials, and training resources, with enhanced product information from the Blue Collar Nerd who will walk through each key highlights and provide additional video resources for deeper dives into the features. The Release Forum for Q&A will be available to you anytime in Community.

We believe that these changes will not only enhance your experience with the platform but also empower you to stay ahead of the curve when releases occur. Our commitment to continuous improvement remains true, and we are excited about the positive impact these updates will have on your business. As always, your feedback and suggestions are crucial ensuring our platform can serve you. Love seeing these and being able to work in the Next environment!  Very excited for job summary being required, and the custom fields on job booking screen required by job type!  And the leads tab on the customer screen...this is all going to be great!!!

Love the update on estimates - link expiration and the setting to automatically resend in x number of days!!
