Employee (Office) Time Off

Is there anywhere inside Service Titan to mark when an office employee is off?

I use the dispatch board and go under the technician I need to add it for. After you save it will filter over to the calendar. Make sure you check off clear after event is over when you are adding the event on the dispatch board.

If they're on the dispatch board as a "dummy" tech, you can create a non-job event for them

I have myself on the Dispatch board - As their manager and they use my schedule to book time off.
