An internal QuickBooks error when accessing a company record is often caused by data corruption, incomplete installation, or damaged company files. To fix it, run the QuickBooks File Doctor tool to repair the company file. Additionally, update QuickBooks to the latest version, and verify and rebuild data to ensure file integrity.
