Has ServiceTitan thought about implementing categories and or sub-categories for materials? Ex: copper fittings, pvc fittings, capacitors, etc.
There are categories for equipment. It helps on reporting. It would definitely help on reporting for materials by being able to get usage reports on single categories. It would help narrow down reports. Instead of searching the entire database and using filters for certain part numbers, we could narrow the search to just a certain category. I feel that it would shrink the load time. It also helps us be better partners with our suppliers.
