How to track which CSR & Technician report

We are looking for a report that can track which CSR booked the call plus the technician that went out on the call, both on the same report. Does anyone know the best way to go about this?

In the jobs data set you can select the BOOKED BY kpi as well as ASSIGNED TECHNICIANS.
