Payment Method on File

I am told by support that there is no way to run a report and see all customers who have a saved payment method on file.

Has anyone ever found a way to find those customers? We are going to be updating on payment terms and need to have new authorization forms sent out to all of these customers.

Hi @culligan -- there is a report titled "AR Transactions By Customer" and if you edit the columns there is an option to add "Payment Method" and "Payment Type."
