How can I run a report that tells me how many of a certain material I sold last year ? Like I want to know how many vacuum breakers we sold in 2022

You can also run the "Item Consumption Report"  and that will give you all materials that you sold (versus items/ tasks)

Hey there @cbohn! 👋

I would recommend using the invoices dataset to create a custom report looking at invoice items. You can also use the pre-built report titled Invoice Item Detail with Pricebook Information and then add in a grouping for Item number or category. There's another report called the Item Consumption Report that shows how much product you've used or have on hand.
