Report on service calls, equip age, membership

Does anyone know how I can run a service call completed report ?

I want to be able to look at the service calls weekly or monthly and see the age of the equipment, as well as the membership status. 

Am I missing a report that this is can be seen on?

The best I can find was a report using the "customers" template, this will give you jobs info, such as job counts and rates. It also has member status as a column, and depending on if you use tags for equipment, there is a tag at both customer and location level which is typically where equipment age is put.
