Reports and Templates

Hello S.T. peeps, 

I have an issue.  I have 4 CSR's, 2 of them when they click on the "Reports" heading have drop down menu's "Categories" and "Templates", and 2 don't.  I have not been able to figure out which permission is not activated as one who doesn't have the drop down is a duplication of one who does.

Hi, have you followed the instructions in the knowledge base for reporting permissions? https://help.servicetitan.com/how-to/set-permissions I would make sure that you've assigned specific roles to the two CSRs that need to access the reports, and then share those reports with them from the reports tab. Once you do that I would assume that the "Categories" and "Templates" sections would populate. Let me know if that works!
