Reports for last invoice or customer interaction, by date

I am trying to find, or need to create a report that will populate "last service" by date.  I am looking to use it as a resource for my Call Center.  We are looking to contact a customer, that is not on membership, that done business with greater than a certain time frame (for example, 6 months ago).

Hi, @timmons2468, and thanks for your posting. I believe running a custom report may be helpful. I know there is a column "Last Job Completed" if you navigate to Create report > select Customers as a report type > Customers as a template you can find it in the list. You can set the needed date range to see what's the last job the customer had.
