We are making a big push taking advantage of second chance leads as well as Schedule Engines missed bookings that are on the Job Booking screen now, trying to recapture and solidify some potential jobs that did not book. We are seeing some great success in this but are not finding any solid reporting in the system for this.
I am wondering what others are doing in order to track and measure success when it comes to these leads.
