I am gathering data for my CSR's and one piece of information I'm needing is the average on hold time. We use phones pro and dialpad. Thanks in advanced!

Hi there - you can check the call center dashboard.
Navigate to analytics, filter to show analytics for a Call Center, click into the Queue tab, and then you can see average wait time.
