Group messaging

I know I can mass message the techs from the dispatch board. But they get it as individual messages, they don't get it as a group message.  Sometimes I need the group messaging because we are sharing new tips or tricks that come up. Is group messaging every going to be available?

Watching with interest.  We've been using an outside app.

We have used dialpad for 2 years before we integrated so loosing some features has been rather hard/annoying.

Thanks.  This is definitely a feature I miss having before we integrated with PhonesPro.  That and being able to send receive pictures via chat with the techs.
