Hi Sheena! Thanks for your question. Yes, Schedule Engine does integrate with ServiceTitan's ACP. In this case:
- All availability is controlled on your end instead of on Schedule Engine's side
- Schedule Engine pulls availability to display to your customers in the widget through Business Units
- Capacity will be managed in ServiceTitan through ACP. SE will rely on your Business Units
