Our company has been having trouble uploading our own Service Agreement templates into the "Document Template" creation software in Settings. We would like to be able to retain the formatting our current templates whilst bringing them into ServiceTitan.
However, because of how new the software is for the document templates, the functions were need are not there in the creation software at the time of this post. We were wondering if there was a better way to upload our PDF Service Agreement templates without having to change formatting (eg. into .json or other formats to get it to upload) or compromising our template's functionality.
After working with Support on turning each page into an image and uploading the document that way, we discovered that service agreement data does not populate the areas on the images. However, is it possible that ServiceTitan could implement something that allows for those images to be edited by the Service Agreements (similar to an Adobe Acrobat Reader, with their "Edit a PDF" and "Fill and Sign" features)? If there is something that allows this, please let us know.
