Is there a way to hide a business unit from the office? We are debating setting up a business unit for things like warehouse, stock inventory and non specific overhead time.

I'm not sure of a way to hide it but as a work around you could make sure you have default business units assigned to your job types that the office would normally be booking. You do have the ability to assign multiple business units per job type as well to work for any jobs that might have multiple options for business units. That way they don't have it as an option when booking a call. Also you can name it in a way to make it show up at the bottom of your list of business units by putting a z at the front.
