I don't know if this necessarily applies for commercial groups. Commercial service is all about long term relationships, and most of our groups have set us up as vendors so they have our number on file. The don't google us or search for our number online to call us out every week for service calls. With that in mind, do you still recommend getting rid of the "existing customer" campaign for these commercial groups we do business with? And if so, what would we replace it with?
