Cannot edit one of my technician's timesheets

Hello!

We recently hired a new technician. For some reason, his clock in/out, dispatch, driving, and arrival times are not showing up in the Timesheets tab of Service Titan. It just says "no logs available" for each day he has worked so far. Because this is happening, I am unable to edit his timesheet.

He has access to the Service Titan mobile app. He is the only employee this is happening with.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
