Hi everyone,

I’m having trouble with QuickBooks when it comes to printing and previewing documents. Whenever I try to print or preview invoices, reports, or other documents, the process either stalls or results in an error message. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

To fix QuickBooks Print & Preview issues, try these steps:

  1. Update QuickBooks: Ensure you have the latest version by going to Help > Update QuickBooks.
  2. Check Printer Settings: Verify the printer is set as default and has updated drivers.
  3. Clear QuickBooks Temp Files: Close QuickBooks, then navigate to C:\Users\[Your Username]\AppData\Local\Intuit\QuickBooks [Version] and delete temporary files.
  4. Run the Print and PDF Repair Tool: Download and run the QuickBooks Print and PDF Repair Tool from the Intuit website.
  5. Check for Software Conflicts: Ensure no other applications are interfering with QuickBooks.
