Hello!
We had a tech start on 10/5 but he did not get put into Service Titan right away. Since he did not get put in right away, I am unable to edit a timesheet for him for the week prior so his hours are not shown on the jobs correctly. Anyone know an easier way to get my tech's time on the job so that we can bill it??

If you go to his tech name, and click "edit timesheets" you can put an event in for a past date. you can also do this by clicking the board to add a nonjob event, and then change the date that way too. Easiest way I have found to put something for a past date which should then populate in timesheets!

Your payroll locks at certain cadences, your CSM should be able to adjust it to allow you access to the prior week. If not the CSM or support could probably add it for you.
